How do I get started?

When is my laundry returned?

We will deliver your laundry back in 24 hours. However, we offer same day service for $3.00 per pound.

What detergent, softener, bleach and dryer sheets do we use

Detergents: Tide/Gain
(We offer sensitive skin detergents at no extra cost.)
Liquid Softener: Downy
Bleach: Clorox
Dryer Sheets: Bounce

What type of laundry do we clean

We clean both personal and business laundry. Everything from clothes to household items.

Do we dry clean?

No, we do not.

What services do you offer?

We offer wash & fold. This includes wet-washing and drying in a dryer or air-dry. In addition to wash & fold, we also offer FREE pick-up & delivery island-wide, Dry & Fold, and Fold Only

What if I have delicates?

Separate the items from the rest of your clothes by placing it in a bag within the bag. Include a note that says “DELICATES”. Notify us by leaving a note when booking on the app or letting our attendants know. We will place all delicates in a mesh bag for the wash cycle then we will air-dry them after

When do I pay? What form of payment do you accept?

For Pick-up & Delivery services, you can pay via CleanCloud app – update your card information. For In-store services, we accept cash and/or card.

What happens if I leave items in my pockets?

Please be sure to empty out your pockets, We will not be responsible for any damages from items left inside pockets. In the event we do find items (cash, jewelry, etc.), we will return them to you. We are honest people. You can trust us!

Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customers' clothes?

NO! We handle one order at a time.

How and when do you weight my laundry?

We weigh and price your order after it’s been folded and packaged. Individual priced items are not included when weighed.

How happens if there are missing or damaged items?

We do our best to prevent this issue from happening. If there are missing/ damaged items, we will reimburse you an amount equal to your PROOF OF PURCHASE, limited to a maximum of $100.00 and a maximum total $200.00 per customer.

Can you say something about Loyalty Rewards?

We Offer Loyalty Points. Every dollar spent is one point. Reach 100 points to redeem $5 credit.

What happens if I never pickup my laundry?

We hold for 30 days then we donate the items.

What are your pricings?

How often can we book a pick-up within a week?

You can book a pick-up as needed. We pick up and deliver on Monday-Saturday 9am-12pm/2pm-5pm . We can also set you up on a schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).

How can I make payment?

You can autopay with a credit card securely saved to your account or you can pay with check.

What kinds of laundry do you accept?

We clean a variety of items from uniforms, table clothes, aprons, towels, and anything that can be washed in a washer.

When will my laundry be delivered?

For commercial accounts, we recommend delivery 2-3 days from pickup date.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, you can cancel your contract at any time without any penalties.

How do you charge?

We charge pound with a minimum of the amount agreed on. Contact us and we will give you different options of pricing you can choose from.

What laundry products do you use?

We have fragrance and hypoallergic options. For detergent, we use Gain, Tide, and Tide Gentle & Free. For liquid fabric softener, we use Downy. For dryer sheets, we use Bounce and Gain sheets. Please note, our standard service includes detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.
